Quark gratin with berries and honey

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g mixed berries, frozen
  • 2 tbsp butter, liquid
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 lemon(s), peel and juice
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter, for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Melt the butter and let it cool. Combine with the low-fat quark and honey. Grate half of the lemon. Add the lemon zest and juice. Stir in the cornstarch. Separate the eggs. Add the egg yolks to the quark mixture. Beat the egg whites with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold in. Butter a baking dish and pour in the quark mixture. Arrange the berries on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm. This also goes well with fruit or vanilla sauce.
