Low-calorie rolls and meatballs

Dough: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and form 6 rolls. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes. Meat: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. Form 6 flat patties and fry in a non-stick frying pan until cooked through. Whole-wheat flour makes the patties slightly darker than regular ones. Top the rolls with the patties and other hamburger ingredients of your choice. For the sauce, I recommend spicy salad cream (mayo). You can refine the salad cream with yogurt to make it less calorie-dense and then top it with the quark roll. Or use quark dips, which you can also find on the Chefkoch website.
