Quark lasagna with apricots

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 80 g margarine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 8 lasagna sheets
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ⅛ liter apricot juice
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 can apricot(s), small, 420 ml

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Beat the egg yolks with sugar and margarine until frothy. Stir in the quark, sour cream, custard powder, and juice. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Pour 1/3 of the quark mixture into a baking dish, layer the lasagna sheets on top, and top with apricots. Spread another 1/3 of the quark mixture on top, then top with more lasagna sheets. Finally, spread the remaining quark on top. Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
