Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 g quark
  • 50 g sugar
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For children

Cook the pudding mix with the sugar and milk according to the package instructions. Mix the quark with the sugar and lemon juice and gradually stir in the cooled pudding. Instead of quark, you can also use natural yogurt for an even fresher taste. Add sugar or other sweetener if desired. In summer, you can fill bowls with some fruit salad and spread the quark cream on top. It tastes delicious!
