Quark – meat – meatballs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g quark
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 40 g breadcrumbs
  • 40 g margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and finely dice the onions. Combine the minced meat, quark, and eggs, and season with salt and pepper. With wet hands, form the mixture into 8 flat patties. Coat in breadcrumbs. Heat the margarine and fry the patties on both sides for about 10 minutes.
