Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 honeydew melon(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 400 g quark
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for hot summer days

Halve and deseed the honeydew melon. Scoop out the flesh and dice it. Mix with lemon juice and chill. Blend the quark with the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Mix with the melon pieces. Chill thoroughly. To serve, fill either the hollowed-out melon halves or a glass bowl.
