Quark-oil dough rolls

Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 125 g quark

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Party rolls

Combine all ingredients in a mixer fitted with a dough hook. Knead in any excess flour by hand. Shape the dough into a log and cut into 16 equal pieces. Shape the pieces into small rolls and brush with a little milk. Bake in the oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper at approximately 175°C to 200°C for approximately 20 minutes. Serve with salad or on its own with herb butter. You can also add ham and cheese.
