Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 350 g margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp ammonium bicarbonate
  • ½ cup(s) milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 lemon(s), grated peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the sugar with the eggs, add the margarine, and sift in the flour. Dissolve the baking powder in the milk and stir it into the batter along with the salt and lemon zest. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 250°C for about 10-15 minutes. Once cooled, cover with icing. Have fun trying it out.
