Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g butter
- 60 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g wheat flour
- 3 tbsp, leveled baking powder
- 125 g currants
- 80 ml oil

makes about 20 pieces
Beat the butter with a hand mixer using the whisk attachment until smooth, then gradually stir in the sugar, eggs, lemon juice, salt, and low-fat quark. Mix the wheat flour with the baking powder, sift it on top, and stir in the currants. Heat a little oil in a pan, add the batter a tablespoon at a time, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
