Quark rolls

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g quark
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • Milk (canned milk)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Knead all ingredients into a dough, form small, round rolls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with the canned milk to brown them nicely. Bake at 175°C (fan oven) for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
