Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g savoy cabbage
  • 250 ml broth, clear
  • 150 g smoked pork, cold cuts
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125 g cream
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 pkt. pizza dough, for vegetable pie
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • nutmeg
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Trim and wash the savoy cabbage and cut into strips. Cook in the broth for about 15 minutes. Cut the smoked pork into strips and grate the cheese. Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions and spread it out on a baking sheet. Spread the prepared ingredients on top. Mix the milk, cream, crème fraîche, and grated cheese. Season with salt, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper and pour over the savoy cabbage. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
