Quark rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 g quark
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Raisins (optional)
  • some milk for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

super simple, quick quark rolls, with or without raisins

Mix everything together, knead quickly, place 8 to 10 rolls on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with milk, and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. Raisins can be added if desired. The rolls can be made with either cream cheese or low-fat quark.
