Quark rolls with and without raisins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g butter or margarine, soft
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 ½ packets of baking powder
  • possibly raisins, coated in flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the egg and sugar until fluffy. Then add the softened butter and quark and mix thoroughly. Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the quark mixture. Knead the dough thoroughly and, if desired, fold in floured raisins. The dough should have a sticky consistency. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spoon out 10-12 small heaps, depending on the desired roll size. Bake the quark rolls at 200°C for 20 minutes.
