Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 125 g ground almonds
  • 250 g sultanas
  • 100 g candied lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Knead all ingredients into a dough (it might be a bit sticky, but that’s OK). Shape into stollen and bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 180°C for about 1 hour.
