Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp pineapple juice (from the can)
  • 4 tbsp pineapple, diced (from the can)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk the quark with the sugar, milk, and pineapple juice until creamy. Stir in the pineapple cubes. Season with lemon juice. Garnish with the chocolate sprinkles.
