Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g quark, low-fat
- 1 cup herb curd
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
light and delicious
Mix the quark and the crushed garlic until creamy. Wash and trim the bell peppers, chop very finely, and stir in. Season with spices. Let it sit for a while. Tastes best with fresh farmhouse bread or Kornspitz (a kind of fried bread)!
