Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g natural yogurt, 0.1% fat

- 3 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- 1 apple
- 1 small can of pineapple pieces
- 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Low-fat
Toast the oats and almonds in a pan. Drain the mandarin oranges and pineapple and let them drain well; you can of course use fresh fruit if you like. Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes. Set aside 18 mandarin orange pieces, and cut the remaining mandarin oranges and pineapple in half. Mix the quark with the yogurt and cinnamon, then add the fruit. Finally, stir in the toasted oats and almonds. Reserve 2-3 tablespoons for decoration. Pour the mixture into 6 small glasses and decorate with the reserved mandarin oranges and oats. This is great for preparation ahead of time. If you want to serve the quark later, you should only distribute the decorations among the glasses shortly beforehand, as otherwise the oats will soak too much. For a sweeter dish, you can of course add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar, honey, or maple syrup to the mixture beforehand.
