Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 295 g coconut oil
- 200 g citrus fiber (BASIC texture)
- 5 g salt
- n. B. Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Warm the coconut oil to room temperature. Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin. Line a baking pan with baking paper, place the dough on it, and prick evenly with a fork. Bake blind in the oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. You can also add the desired filling and bake it at the same time.
