Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g chickpeas, ground
- 250 g brown rice, medium grain, ground
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of cane sugar
- 200 g margarine, unhydrogenated / butter
Instructions

Knead all ingredients together, wrap in aluminum foil, and let rest in the refrigerator or freezer for 30 minutes. This makes enough for the base and halfway up the sides of a 26 cm ring or springform pan.
