Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 packs of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
  • 2 packs of cheese (e.g. Gouda), grated
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 8 eggs
  • 250 g bacon, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for 1 baking tray

Line a baking sheet with the puff pastry. Finely dice the onions and chop the parsley, then mix with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and spread the mixture on the puff pastry. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 180°C and bake for another 35 minutes. It’s best to let the quiche cool slightly in the oven before slicing.
