Quiche without dough

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ liter of milk
  • little salt
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 200 g smoked bacon, cut into cubes
  • Garlic, 1-2 cloves to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a quiche dish with a little butter. Mix together the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and crushed garlic. Add the grated cheese and bacon. Pour everything into the quiche dish. If necessary, use a fork to spread the bacon evenly. Bake the quiche for about 40 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a nice salad.
