Sift the flour. Rub the margarine into the flour between your hands until the mixture resembles semolina, then make a well and add the remaining ingredients. Quickly knead everything into a ball of dough. Cover and let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. For the topping, dice the smoked bacon and onions, fry them, and let them cool. Grease a quiche dish well. Roll out the dough, place it in the dish, and prick the base with a fork. Spread the cheese and cold topping on the base. Whisk the eggs with the milk and salt and pour over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 to 220 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes. Serve warm.
