Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh pizza dough from the cooling shelf
  • 350 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 400 g Cherry tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 g Grated mozzarella
  • 2 Spring onions

Instructions

  • Fry the mince in a non-stick pan until crumbly. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Add to the mince and fry with it. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Add the light-colored leek rings to the mince. Halve the tomatoes, add to the mince and fry everything for about 5 minutes. Season everything vigorously with salt and pepper. Stir in herbs.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Unroll the pizza dough. Place in a quiche pan with the baking paper facing up. Peel off the paper. Cut off the protruding edges and "glue" them to the places where there is no edge yet. Press the edges inwards. Spread the chopped tomato mixture on the dough.
  • Mix the eggs and sour cream, season with salt and pepper, pour over the minced tomato mixture. Put the quiche in the hot oven and bake. After about 10 minutes, spread the grated mozzarella on the quiche and bake for another 10-15 minutes. To serve, spread the remaining leek rings on the quiche.
  • The quiche tastes warm and cold.
