Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g pork (seasoned gyros)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 jar mushrooms, medium-sized
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • Tomato ketchup or shashlik sauce
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the gyros and add the mushrooms and sliced ​​onions, then sauté briefly. Pour in the cream and let it thicken. Season with ketchup. Transfer everything to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 200°C. Serve with croquettes or similar.
