Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g pork (seasoned gyros)
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 jar mushrooms, medium-sized
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g cheese, grated
- Tomato ketchup or shashlik sauce
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the gyros and add the mushrooms and sliced onions, then sauté briefly. Pour in the cream and let it thicken. Season with ketchup. Transfer everything to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 200°C. Serve with croquettes or similar.
