Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ½ lemon(s), grated peel
  • 150 g butter
  • 300 g almond(s), sticks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Stir in the flour, salt, baking powder, and lemon zest. Spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius on the middle rack for 12 minutes. For the topping, melt the butter. Stir in the almond slivers, sugar, vanilla sugar, and milk. Spread portions onto the cake and bake for another 10-12 minutes.
