Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 fennel bulbs
- 1 bunch of basil
- 6 tbsp olive oil, or other, according to taste
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Halve the fennel bulbs and remove the stalk and outer leaves. Then finely grate the fennel. Wash the basil, pick off the leaves, and chop them. Mix the fennel with the basil and the other ingredients and serve.
