Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spiral pasta)
- 200 g sour cream
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 10 cocktail tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 onion(s)
- e.g. cheese, for gratinating
- e.g. basil, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta until al dente. Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan. Finely chop the garlic and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Whisk together the passata, sour cream, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Add the sautéed onions and garlic to the cream, egg, and tomato mixture. Place the cooked pasta in a baking dish and scatter the quartered tomatoes on top. Then add the cream and tomato mixture and finally the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes. Garnish with basil. Tip: If you don’t like sour cream, you can substitute it with regular cream.
