  • ½ broccoli, cut into small florets
  • ¼ sweet potato(s), cut into small cubes or slices
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Herbs (alkaline herbs)
  • e.g. chili powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of turmeric
  • 1 pinch(s) cumin
  • 1 pinch(s) coriander powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp hummus
  • n. B. Sprouts

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Sauté the leek and spices in coconut oil. Add the carrot, sweet potato, and broccoli, mix well, and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the sesame seeds and cook until the sesame seeds begin to pop. Arrange everything in a deep dish, add the hummus, and garnish with sprouts.
