Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g cauliflower, cooked
- 25 g oat flakes
- 10 g cream pudding powder, vegan, e.g. B. from reputation
- 15 g protein powder with vanilla flavor, vegan
- 180 ml plant milk (plant drink), e.g. soy milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 drops of Flavdrops, e.g. Vanilla or Cookie
- 2 pinches of vanilla powder
- 10 g erythritol (sugar substitute), light
- 100 g soy quark (quark alternative)
- n. B. Fruit
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Oatmeal with cauliflower
Briefly blend the cauliflower in a food processor if you prefer a chunkier texture, or use a hand blender to finely purée it. Combine the cauliflower with the oats, pudding powder, protein powder, plant-based milk, salt, Flavdrops, vanilla, and Xucker Light in a saucepan and stir to combine. Then heat and simmer for a few minutes while stirring. Finally, stir in the soy curd. Transfer the cauliflower pudding oats to a bowl and top with fruit.
