Quick and refreshing lemon cake from the tray

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g margarine
  • 350 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 bag of flavoring (Citroback)
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the margarine, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl and mix. Then beat in the eggs. Then add the Citroback, flour, and baking powder. Spread the finished batter onto a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Mix the 4 tablespoons of lemon juice with the powdered sugar and spread over the still-warm cake. Let cool and cut into slices. The cake will keep fresh in the refrigerator for several days.
