Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 tbsp curry
- 300 g applesauce with pieces
- 250 g lentils with soup greens from the can
- 1 tbsp broth, granulated
- 150 g natural yogurt (full milk yogurt)
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- oil
- Parsley for garnishing

Cut the chicken fillets into strips and fry in 2 tablespoons of oil. Dust with curry powder and fry briefly. Caution: Don’t let the curry burn, or it will become bitter! Add the applesauce and lentils, and stir in 3-4 tablespoons of the lentil liquid. Season with granulated stock. Simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Just before serving, stir in the yogurt. Season with salt and cayenne pepper for a light kick. Garnish with parsley. I serve it with rice. Lentils contain valuable B vitamins. To digest these vitamins, the body needs milk protein, which the yogurt in this recipe provides.
