Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 8 tsp hazelnut spread
  • n. B. Egg(s), beaten

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into eight squares. Place a teaspoon of hazelnut spread in the center of each square. Cut the banana into eight slices and place them on top of the spread. Bring the ends of the squares to the center, brush lightly with egg, and seal them together to form square parcels or pockets. Brush the parcels again with egg. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
