Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml beer (Kellerbier), naturally cloudy
- 4 tbsp, heaped mustard of your choice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp, leveled onion granules
- 1 tsp, leveled lemon pepper
- 1 tsp, heaped marjoram
- ½ tsp thyme
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, combine the beer, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in a bowl and stir together. Then add the spices, sugar, and salt to taste, and mix everything thoroughly. This amount is enough for about 5-6 pork neck steaks. Mix them thoroughly with the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
