Quick beetroot pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 beetroot bulbs
  • 150 g goat’s cheese, thalers
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of pizza dough from the refrigerated counter or homemade

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegetarian and quick

Roll out the pizza dough and spread the sour cream on top. Peel and slice the beets and onion, then arrange them on the pizza dough. Top with the goat cheese slices, season with salt and pepper, and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Drizzle with honey before serving. Note: If you have time, you can of course make the dough yourself. If you knead the ready-made dough again beforehand, you can also shape it to your liking.
