Quick Bolognese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some tomato paste
  • some red wine
  • 1 can pizza tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
  • 1 tsp oregano, shredded
  • 1 tsp marjoram, shredded
  • 1 tsp basil, shredded
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • n. B. Broth powder
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 200g spaghetti
  • e.g. Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Finely dice the onion and garlic clove and fry briefly. Add tomato paste and fry briefly. Add the red wine and reduce. Add the canned tomatoes, herbs, paprika, and sugar, and season with salt, pepper, and stock powder. Cover and simmer the sauce over low heat for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and grate the Parmesan cheese. Arrange on plates and serve.
