Squid with potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 large squid
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 3 tbsp paprika powder
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and finely chop the squid. Mix the garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce together to make a marinade and marinate the squid for about 30 minutes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, seasoning with salt and paprika. Mix the squid with the marinade and potatoes and drizzle well with olive oil. Roast in the oven at 180°C until the potatoes are tender. Serve with white bread and salad.
