Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 125 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

just right for strawberry season

Mix the ingredients together to form a smooth batter and then pour it into a greased tart pan or springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 35 minutes until golden brown. Top with your favorite toppings after cooling.
