Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base of your choice, 3-piece
  • 1 jar jam of your choice
  • 2 packs of pudding powder of your choice
  • 8 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 pack of gelatin powder (instant gelatin without cooking)
  • 800 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

very quick and easy to prepare!

Make a pudding from milk, sugar, and pudding powder according to the package instructions, then let it cool. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the cold pudding along with the gelatin. Spread the bottom layer of the cake with jam of your choice and place the second layer on top. Spread 1/3 of the pudding cream on top and place the third layer on top. Spread the remaining pudding cream on top and sides. Chill for about 3 hours, then decorate as desired and serve.
