Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • ¼ iceberg lettuce
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g of sliced ​​meat, e.g. gyros or similar, ready cooked
  • 100 g shepherd’s cheese
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • chili flakes
  • garlic flakes
  • e.g. tomato ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Arrange them on plates and dot them with tomato ketchup. Then place the meat on top. Spread the crème fraîche, seasoned with salt, pepper, chili, and garlic, on the plates. Finally, crumble the feta cheese and place it on top of the meat.
