Our favorite side dish – great with chili con carne, goulash soup and salads but also delicious slightly warm with fresh herb curd
Chop the herbs. Mix well with flour, milk, and all other ingredients and knead into a dough. Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper. With floured hands, form a loaf of bread and place it in the pan. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40-45 minutes. Best enjoyed lukewarm. It also tastes delicious with fried onions or chili.
