Quick chicken marinade with honey and thyme

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g chicken meat, e.g. inner fillets
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 1 tsp, stripped thyme, dried
  • ½ tsp, rosemary, dried
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp, leveled salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

For grill or pan

Wash the meat and pat it dry. Then mix it with all the ingredients in a freezer bag, for example, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. For grilling or pan-frying.
