Chinese Cabbage Chopping Pan

- 125 g Long grain rice
- 250 g Minced meat
- 300 g Chinese cabbage fresh
- 2 size Carrots
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoon Cashew nuts
- Salt
- Pepper
- Curry powder
- Chilli powder
- Sour cream
- Cook the rice in boiling salted water
- Peel the carrots into thin slices, cut the Chinese cabbage into strips.
- Now heat a little oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly, season with salt and pepper
- Now add the carrots, fry with them and then deglaze with the broth and simmer everything on a high flame until the liquid has almost evaporated.
- Add the Chinese cabbage and cashew nuts and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Finally add the drained rice, curry and the chilli powder and season with salt and pepper.
- Now put something on a plate and serve with some sour cream — Enjoy your meal; 🙂
