Chinese Cabbage Chopping Pan

The perfect chinese cabbage chopping pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Long grain rice
  • 250 g Minced meat
  • 300 g Chinese cabbage fresh
  • 2 size Carrots
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoon Cashew nuts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Sour cream
  1. Cook the rice in boiling salted water
  2. Peel the carrots into thin slices, cut the Chinese cabbage into strips.
  3. Now heat a little oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly, season with salt and pepper
  4. Now add the carrots, fry with them and then deglaze with the broth and simmer everything on a high flame until the liquid has almost evaporated.
  5. Add the Chinese cabbage and cashew nuts and fry for about 5 minutes.
  6. Finally add the drained rice, curry and the chilli powder and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Now put something on a plate and serve with some sour cream — Enjoy your meal; 🙂
