Quick colorful Plate with Budwig Dip

The perfect quick colorful plate with budwig dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the Budwig quark (basic recipe)

  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 half Cucumber
  • 1 small Fennel bulb
  • 1 piece Orange untreated
  • 1 handful Sprouts
  • 125 g Low-Fat quark drained in the sieve
  • 30 ml Linseed oil
  • 30 ml Fresh milk

for this we need

  • 100 g Chopped beetroot
  • 1 small Chopped onion
  • 1 small Chopped herbs
  • 1 small Ground turmeric spice
  • 1 small Vegetable salt for seasoning
  1. Peel, wash and grate the carrots – wash and slice the tomatoes – wash and slice the cucumber – thinly cut the fennel on a slicer – peel and fillet the oragne
  1. Divide the vegetables and orange fillets on 2 plates, sprinkle with a little vegetable salt.

Budwig quark dips

  1. Mix the ingredients into a creamy mass, the oil has to emulsify nicely with the quark and the milk. Then divide this mass and place in 2 bowls. Now stir in the beetroot and some chopped onion and the herbs and turmeric in the other, season everything with vegetable salt.
  1. Put the dips on the salad and just enjoy 🙂
