  • 4 piece Diced carrots
  • 3 piece Diced potatoes
  • 1 Broccoli cut into pieces
  • And diced
  • 2 piece Parsnips quartered
  • 2 piece Vegetable broth
  • 300 ml Filtered water
  • 1 packet Coconut cream
  1. Peel the carrots, parsnips and potatoes, wash them, dice them finely and put them in a saucepan, add the vegetable stock, pour a little water over it and bring to a boil. Cook or simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Cut off the broccoli stem, wash and cut into small pieces, wash the florets and set aside for the time being.
  3. Add the florets about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and finish cooking.
  4. During the cooking process, the broth is almost boiled, now add the coconut cream and season everything to taste.
  5. Note 5: Since this is a bland diet, I had to do without hot spices … everyone can add that to them.
