- 4 piece Diced carrots
- 3 piece Diced potatoes
- 1 Broccoli cut into pieces
- And diced
- 2 piece Parsnips quartered
- 2 piece Vegetable broth
- 300 ml Filtered water
- 1 packet Coconut cream
- Peel the carrots, parsnips and potatoes, wash them, dice them finely and put them in a saucepan, add the vegetable stock, pour a little water over it and bring to a boil. Cook or simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cut off the broccoli stem, wash and cut into small pieces, wash the florets and set aside for the time being.
- Add the florets about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and finish cooking.
- During the cooking process, the broth is almost boiled, now add the coconut cream and season everything to taste.
- Note 5: Since this is a bland diet, I had to do without hot spices … everyone can add that to them.
