- 4 boiled Jacket potatoes cut
- 3 boiled Carrot-Cut
- 3 boiled Cut leek
- 2 tbsp Olive oil for frying
- Vegetable salt for seasoning
- Radish
- Gherkins
- Fry the cut potatoes and carrots in the olive oil, season with a little vegetable salt, then add the cut leek and season everything with vegetable salt and fresh pepper.
Serving …
- Arrange the fried carrot-potatoes on a plate, cut the radishes with a slicer and add some leek as a decoration. There were a few cucumbers left in the refrigerator.
- It’s so quick and easy to conjure up something out of a few leftovers 😉
