  • 4 boiled Jacket potatoes cut
  • 3 boiled Carrot-Cut
  • 3 boiled Cut leek
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil for frying
  • Vegetable salt for seasoning
  • Radish
  • Gherkins
  1. Fry the cut potatoes and carrots in the olive oil, season with a little vegetable salt, then add the cut leek and season everything with vegetable salt and fresh pepper.

Serving …

  1. Arrange the fried carrot-potatoes on a plate, cut the radishes with a slicer and add some leek as a decoration. There were a few cucumbers left in the refrigerator.
  1. It’s so quick and easy to conjure up something out of a few leftovers 😉
