Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of radish leaves, approx. 15 g
- 1 medium-sized banana(s), ripe, approx. 100 g net
- 1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp linseed oil
- 100 ml mineral water, still, or tap water
- 100 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy

Wash the radish greens and dry thoroughly. Combine water, apple juice, linseed oil, and lemon juice in a blender. Peel the banana and add it to the blender in chunks. Finally, add the coarsely chopped radish greens. Blend all ingredients until the smoothie is nice and creamy. Note: Please use only fresh radish greens, not yellow or wilted. Radish greens from your own garden or organic radish greens are best, as these are generally safe from contaminants.
