Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 chicken breast fillets
- 500 g pasta
- salt and pepper
- 250 ml cream
- olive oil
- Parmesan
- Cayenne pepper
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the chicken breasts into strips or small pieces, and dice the onion and bell peppers. Briefly fry the onions in hot olive oil, season the chicken well with curry, cayenne pepper, and salt, and add them to the pan with the onion after 2 minutes. Once the chicken is browned, add the bell peppers and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add cream or water, if desired, and let it reduce slightly. Season the sauce with salt. Meanwhile, serve the cooked pasta with the chicken pan, garnished with some coarsely grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
