Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 packs of butter vegetables, frozen, 300 g each
  • 2 cups of sweet cream (200 ml each)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 4 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Vegetarian, simple, affordable

Finely chop the onion and fry in oil. Add the curry powder and the chopped garlic clove and fry. Remove any lumps of butter from the frozen buttered vegetables and discard them. Add the buttered vegetables to the pan and fry briefly. Deglaze everything with the cream and then simmer until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Rice goes well with this sauce.
