Quick dessert with cocoa

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pack of ladyfingers
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 shot of Amaretto
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

super fast and super tasty

Line a baking dish with ladyfingers and drizzle with Amaretto. Mix the quark with cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar and spread this mixture over the ladyfingers. Sprinkle the cream with cocoa powder and let the dessert chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
