Quick dumpling pancakes with smoked salmon

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • 1 pack of dumpling dough, approx. 750 g
  • 100 g herb curd
  • 1 small onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the dumpling dough and press one half into the pan. Fry the dough on both sides until lightly browned. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it thinly. Place the finished pancake on a plate and spread with the quark. Then top with salmon and onions. A super quick, easy after-work recipe. It also tastes great with cream cheese or other spreads, or topped with a hard-boiled egg instead of onions. The recipe is flexible, but we like this version the best.
